I’m Prakash a Career Coach, top-notch Technical Trainer, and seasoned Dairy Consultant. Extensive traveling across India and a few countries abroad has enriched me with real-life experience and diverse cultural sensitivity. I firmly believe, learning is for everyone. Being a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and having nearly 30 years of industrial experience across several large organizations, I have contributed to the holistic development of technicians, executives & managers by holding several successful training sessions in best practices based on experience with the major industries I worked. My organizational and management skills have proven to be the secret of my success in the corporate world. I am passionate on imparting coaching and training on Career Growth, Customer Service, Leadership, Team Building, Team Management, Product Development, Critical Thinking & Analysis for executives & managers.
I started my career as a Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering at a Diploma School and after working for almost 4 years thought to change my career from teaching to industry. Started as a Service Engineer and presently working as General Manager – Technology & Solutions in a company dealing with design & manufacturing of Thermal Storage base refrigeration system for milk chilling and cold storage applications in off-grid and partially electrified area to enable village-level chilling to create business opportunity and deliver enormous social and environmental benefits.
I am a certified trainer from prestigious IATD, life member of Indian Society of Technical Education & Institution of Engineers (India). I have successfully completed International Certified Career Coach Program (Foundation Level -1) and Internship in Digital Marketing and pursuing further.
